6 bedrooms plus snug

 The Main House contains 6 bedrooms (5 upstairs and one downstairs), plus a 'snug' with two pull out beds suitable for children. Please click here for pictures and further information.

 

The Stag Room: upstairs, super-king zip and link bed*, en suite toilet/shower room

The Snug: adjacent to the Stag Room (which is accessed via the Snug); two pull out single beds

 Beautiful Birds Room: upstairs, super-king zip and link bed*, en suite toilet/shower room

Butterflies Room: upstairs, two single beds, with en suite toilet/shower room

Tartan Room:upstairs, super-king zip and link bed*

Nautical Room: upstairs, double bed

Woodland Room: downstairs, double bed

COMFORTABLE RECEPTION ROOMS

The Main House is equipped with:

A brand new, fully fitted kitchen (installed in 2019) with Neff appliances, including an integrated coffee machine which will provide a suitable kick start to your Lakeland days. Within the same room, there is a 'snug' area with sofa, TV, and fully functioning log fire.

A large lounge with seating for up to 14, surrounding the fully functioning log fire, and with steps out to the 'G&T garden', with fountain.

A formal dining room, able to accommodate up to 16 with, you guessed it, a fully functioning log fire.

A small, but useful, playroom, with a cupboard of children's toys, a TV, and a children's sofa and children's table and chairs.
