As the name suggests, The Coach House started life as the coach house for an adjacent property in Near Sawrey. The property has since been lovingly converted to provide a double bedroom with small bathroom downstairs, and a living room and kitchen upstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an integrated oven, microwave, and a small breakfast bar for two, together with an integrated washer / dryer.

The lounge area is equipped with seating for two, and TV with Freeview signals and DVD player.
