Potter's Cottage forms part of the structure of the main house, but is fully separate and accessed via its own separate entrance. The cottage contains one bedroom, a separate lounge and kitchen area, and an accessible bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an integrated oven, microwave, and slimline dishwasher, with a small breakfast bar for two.
The lounge area is equipped with seating for three, and TV with Freeview signals and DVD player.
